Job Summary:
The Manager, Logistics, Wisconsin will strategically design and tactically manage all functions of the Wisconsin Distribution Center including People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability.
This role is responsible for the consolidated performance of the overall Distribution Center and Warehouse operations in the Kohler, WI DC (WIDC). Key responsibilities include managing all inbound and outbound transportation operations, ensuring joint ownership of goals, consistent reporting and corrective actions, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for WIDC.
The Manager will also be responsible for managing the engagement of all associates within the WIDC, managing safety programs in partnership with Corporate EHS, and driving improvements in safety performance year over year.
Additionally, this role will oversee site quality performance as measured by OS&D, ensure site adherence to delivery schedules, and manage budget line items within WIDC.
The Manager will also be responsible for project future requirements in areas of equipment, capital, labor, and facilities to meet projected levels of operation and inventories, and develop capital budgets for warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound and outbound transportation operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred
- Years of experience in multi-shift warehousing and distribution
- Knowledge of materials management, inventory control, warehouse and DC operations, material handling equipment, and transportation
- Experience negotiating contracts, and creating and managing budgets and capital plans
- Strong, demonstrated leadership competencies that have driven results in the areas of Cost, Quality, Service, Safety, and Sustainability in Warehousing and Distribution Center environments
