About the Role

The Flight Supervisor is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safe and secure transportation of non-citizen passengers and crew. As a key leader in our flight operations, you will be responsible for supervising and training Flight Security Officers to provide exceptional charter aircraft services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the training of Flight Security Officers on policies and procedures for charter aircraft services, including the transportation of non-citizen passengers.
  • Monitor the loading and unloading of non-citizen passengers onto and off the aircraft, ensuring their care and custody is maintained in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents, preparing reports as necessary.
  • Ensure Flight Security Officers complete all required training and provide guidance on performance deficiencies or issues.
  • Perform duties of the Flight Security Officer as needed, including perimeter security and alarm response.
  • Report all violations of orders and take reasonable action to save life and property or lessen danger.
Requirements
  • Meet all Flight Security Officer qualifications.
  • Be a United States citizen residing in the U.S. and able to obtain visas and inoculations required for international travel.
  • Possess a valid US Passport.
  • Ability to set standards and procedures to establish satisfactory levels of performance, quality, and productivity.
  • Effective personnel interaction, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Sound and effective leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively train staff and work with computers and software.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and be physically alert on any shift assigned.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required training and certifications, and pass a Company and Federal Client background investigation.
Compensation

The Flight Supervisor will be compensated at a rate of USD $28.20 per hour.
