Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
  • As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will provide essential support to the professional healthcare team.
  • Your daily responsibilities will include delivering direct patient care as directed by the supervising RN.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
  • Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
  • Represent the facility with integrity, avoiding any gifts or improper inducements.
  • A CNA is expected to uphold the facility's Core Values and mission, treating each individual with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Education, Training, and Experience: Certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory, with a preference for candidates having 2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks as necessary.
    Physical Requirements: Candidates should be capable of transferring/lifting patients and lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • We seek a proactive, decisive, and action-oriented individual who is friendly towards patients and a collaborative team player.
    Ability to maintain a broad focus and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
