Job Summary

Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine to sanitize dishes and utensils
• Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to prevent contamination
• Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient dishwashing
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Work well with others while following sanitation guidelines in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
