We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality care.
Responsibilities- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and patient satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
