Responsibilities:

  • Provide dining service to residents, ensuring a high level of quality and satisfaction.
  • Assist with training team members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Maintain proper dining room setup, including table settings and decor.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and functions.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area.
  • Assist in table top inventory management and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in time management and problem-solving skills.
