Primary Care Physician

B.E.L. & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in a beautiful tourist destination outside of Seattle, WA.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a board-certified Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic and walk-in clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in primary care and 1 year of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) or Rural Health Clinic experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic and walk-in clinic setting
- Supervise APPs and provide guidance and support as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatric Medicine
- 3 years of experience in primary care
- 1 year of experience supervising APPs or Rural Health Clinic experience
- Current licensure in the state of Washington

Compensation:
$250,000 - $275,000 per year, with eligibility for a one-time incentive of up to $20,000.
