About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe to join our team at Providence Medical Institute. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient information and clinical data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcribe and document clinical visits, lab results, and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
  • Utilize electronic medical records to track patient information and update records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Scribe program or 6 months of previous experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and clinical documentation software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
