We are currently recruiting for a Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at TotalMed.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health conditions.
The salary for this position is $1,936.97 per week.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and advocate for their rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' mental health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients with mental health disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being.
- Advocate for patients' rights and facilitate psychoeducation for patients and their families.
