Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the services of all contributing disciplines and administering the nursing component of care within our nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care within a specific area of the nursing facility
- Administer the nursing component of care within our espoused nursing philosophy
- Collaborate with contributing disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Apply principles of leadership to guide nursing staff
- NYS Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in long-term/sub-acute care preferred
Catholic Health Service offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $118,616.11 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, generous tuition assistance, and a defined benefit pension plan. We are committed to supporting the professional and educational growth of our employees.
