We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Zerorez Inc. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day fleet maintenance, coordinating maintenance and repair of vehicles, and overseeing the inventory and procurement of parts and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assign, and supervise the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of ZEROREZ vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform procurement of applicable parts and equipment for repair and maintenance, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and distribute daily work plan assignments, ensure completion, and train and motivate assigned personnel.
  • Inspect and test equipment repairs to ensure proper functioning, and oversee and participate in performing tune-ups on vehicles and equipment.
  • Respond to road calls and make repairs in the field, and perform welding, fabrication, and repairs of shop equipment and the ZERORZ facility.
  • Aid in developing and administering the Fleet Maintenance budget, and compile data and reports as requested.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Auto Mechanic.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must provide own set of tools.
  • Experience with data organization, report preparation, and statistical information.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:

20-25 Hourly Wage.
