Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to residents in alignment with their individualized care plans.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow staff to enhance the quality of care.
- Follow established nursing policies and procedures to ensure optimal resident care.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum age of 18 years; if 16, must be currently enrolled in high school.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to observing safety and sanitary practices.
Experience:
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Competitive wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evening shifts.
