Job Summary:

The PRN Concierge/Dietary Aide will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our residents and guests. This includes greeting and assisting with inquiries, managing phone calls and messages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Manage phone calls and messages, taking complete and accurate messages and communicating them to the intended recipient
  • Assist with daily tasks, including collating brochures, preparing meal tickets, and updating resident records
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the front desk and dining area
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One to three years of customer service experience and/or training
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
