Station Installer

The Station Installer is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with great customer service skills and a passion for learning. This role involves installing, repairing, supporting, and promoting products and services for residential customers.

• Install and repair fiber network equipment and cables
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Work with minimal supervision and follow written and oral instructions
• Multi-task and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Represent the company in a professional manner

• Ability to accurately identify colors of a color-coded cable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Availability to work overtime, after-hours callouts, and non-scheduled hours
• Ability to lift 70lbs and work at heights
