Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of Battery Management Solutions for a wide range of Apple products. As a key member of our HW Technology organization, you will be responsible for leading a multi-functional team of engineers to design and deliver sophisticated battery management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, lead, track and report progress to plan, and drive solutions to address any identified gaps.
  • Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks, drive engineering discussions and decisions on critical system parameters.
  • Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
  • Identify and engage multi-functional partners for project definition decisions.
  • Develop and drive multi-functional validation plans for new Si and FW design.
  • Drive FW bug review and lead development sprints.
  • Communicate status and big picture to the project team and executive management.

Requirements

  • BS + 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Experience in EE, Battery Management Unit, Modeling, and/or Software.
  • Proven experience in taking technologies from concept definition to mass production.
  • Experience with low power phones/wearable devices is an advantage.
  • Experience in embedded SW is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Battery performance estimation and health, and Battery to Platform interaction.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
