Key Responsibilities
  • Execute GMAW-Pulse, GTAW, and FCAW welding processes to effectively join metal components.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints to ascertain welding requirements.
  • Utilize overhead cranes and forklifts for the movement of materials and equipment.
  • Employ ERP software for tracking and documenting welding activities.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001 certification standards in all operations.
  • Set up welding machinery and select suitable welding tools.
  • Conduct inspections of welded joints and perform quality assurance checks.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations diligently.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a GMAW-Pulse, GTAW, and FCAW Welder.
  • Proficient in operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
  • Familiarity with ERP software for operational tracking and documentation.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 certification or relevant quality management practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
  • Strong focus on detail and quality assurance.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
