Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Direct Patient Care: Provide direct care to critically ill patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Education and Training: Provide education and training to patients and families on disease management, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in critical care within the last three years.
  • Certifications: Current State License, ACLS certification, and CCRN certification (preferred).
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
