Job Description
We are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer they are assigned.
The ideal person for this position will be able to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance, handling all matters with integrity and embracing the concept of delivering 'resort-quality service'. They will love to work outdoors, be self-starters who can manage a swimming pool route, including the cleaning of swimming pools each week, and have the ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
This role involves utilizing a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform, managing a stocking of chemicals on the truck, and properly adjusting the water chemistry for each pool each week.
SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE FOLLOWING MEASURABLE RESULTS:
- Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
- The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
- The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
- The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License are preferred but not required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great-looking pool and to maximize your earning potential.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 per year, which may include annual bonuses based on meeting specific gross revenue goals.
You will receive a company truck to keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals, paid vacation time following a qualifying period, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
