About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Utility Associate to join our team at Fresh Ideas. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Assist with banquet table setup and front-of-house preparations
  • Loading or unloading and delivering supplies and products
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
