Job Title: Tax Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Accountant to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Tax Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for in-charging client tax preparation and planning, identifying and researching tax positions, developing relationships with clients, and supervising interns and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns and other financial documents
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their tax needs are met
  • Supervise and mentor interns and staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements:
  • Must have experience working with non-profit and private companies
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree a plus
  • CPA license strongly preferred
  • Public accounting experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience with bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks
  • Attention to detail
