Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Rapid City, SD. As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in step-down and intermediate care nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing, BLS certification, and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced step-down unit environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a step-down or intermediate care setting
  • Valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing
  • BLS certification
  • Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification (preferred)
