We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in the Mechanical Construction industry. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and light industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of service and install technicians to ensure efficient department operations and dispatch personnel.
  • Routinely work with service and install technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC management or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial applications.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and utilize technical manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
  • Technical aptitude and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.
