Job Summary:

As a seasoned Food Service Executive Chef, you will oversee the creation of menus, manage food preparation, and supervise kitchen staff. With a strong background in diverse cooking techniques, you will prepare entrees and supervise the preparation of side dishes and garnishes for all shifts. You will also be responsible for estimating food consumption, requisitioning or purchasing food items, and ensuring quality and quantity meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage menu creation and food preparation
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality and quantity meet established standards
Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food items
Prepare entrees and supervise the preparation of side dishes and garnishes

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited culinary course
5 to 7 years of related experience
Private Sector Chefs highly desired
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to communicate in and comprehend the English language
Ability to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and regular access to a reliable vehicle
