KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is memorable. Collaborate with team members to enhance selling techniques and achieve sales targets.

Lead a customer-focused team, providing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance service quality and uphold the Burberry standard.

Manage customer flow effectively, ensuring that all clients receive prompt attention and service. Set high standards for service delivery and lead by example.

Facilitate teamwork among sales associates, specialists, and stock personnel to optimize the customer experience.

Conduct real-time coaching after each customer interaction, discussing successes and areas for improvement to ensure continuous development.

Recognize and nurture talent within the team through regular performance evaluations and development plans.

Collaborate with management to ensure comprehensive training on the Burberry Experience, utilizing meetings for role-playing and skill reinforcement.

Handle customer concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.

In the absence of management, oversee specific transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Utilize digital tools to enhance the in-store experience and maintain effective communication.

Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and compliance with company guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in POS systems and digital tools, with prior experience in retail management or supervision preferred.

SUCCESS METRICS
Performance will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction scores, team development, and achievement of key performance indicators.
