Job Summary

Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Rapport and Communicate Effectively

Establish and maintain strong relationships with store associates and management through daily communication and education on the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines.

Execute Merchandising Tasks

Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions, and maintaining a high level of quality to meet or exceed client expectations.

Merchandise and Execute Projects

Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above-average project execution compliance.

Maintain Confidentiality and Knowledge

Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality and have a detailed knowledge of all company policies.

Communicate Daily Progress

Communicate daily progress and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, reporting specific requests, needs, and sales opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Mobility

Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., in addition to the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.

Work Schedule and Requirements

Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking, and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Education and Certifications

High School diploma or equivalency certification required, and a valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary.
