Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k employer match, and tuition benefits for employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program operations, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program objectives
  • Teach and mentor students to achieve academic success
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure consistency and quality in teaching and learning
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in nursing
  • Current RN license in Connecticut (or eligible)
  • At least three years' experience as a practicing RN
  • Minimum two years' experience teaching adult learners
