Salon Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salon Manager to join our team at Salon Halo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and mentoring our talented team of stylists.

About the Role:

• Promote a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
• Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage salon operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a senior management role within the beauty industry.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
• You have a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• You are a creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
• You have a strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends, as well as knowledge of local and national market conditions.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on location and experience).
