Landscaping Foreman

Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the landscape team in various tasks, including mulching, planting, edging, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, experience operating lawn mowing equipment, and the ability to operate a trailer. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, and strong communication skills are crucial for effective leadership and collaboration with the team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18 - $22 per hour, with annual bonuses and paid time off available based on tenure. Additional services provided by our company include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.

• Lead and supervise the landscape crew in various tasks, including mulching, planting, edging, and maintenance.
• Haul trailers and equipment to job sites safely and efficiently.
• Execute smaller-scale landscaping projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist with training and development of crew members.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and storage.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
