About the Role

As a Private Duty Clinical RN at South Port Square, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services to private duty clients. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes through effective leadership and management of department staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admit new clients to private duty services and re-evaluate client needs
  • Develop and implement plans of care
  • Perform skilled nursing services as requested by clients and as prescribed by healthcare practitioners
  • Communicate with physicians regarding client needs and report any changes in client condition
  • Collaborate with community staff to strategize on improving client outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • One to two years of recent acute care or home care experience preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
