Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our ExpressStop team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression and growth.
  • Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe and motivating work environment for customers and staff, encouraging team growth and development.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales across all shifts, maintaining high store standards and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Store Management: Ensure the store reflects our brand image and is stocked with fresh products, meeting customer expectations.
  • Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Sales Programs: Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
  • Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
