Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiology RN Clinician Stress and Heart Failure to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac services.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Create and maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, sedation levels, and physical/emotional well-being.
  • Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN's scope of practice and in accordance with established policies.
  • Provide pre-and post-procedure patient education and emotional support appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current state nursing license required.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills required. Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Minimum of one year nursing experience in an ICU or ER setting required. Previous cardiovascular lab experience preferred.
