Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at The Lakes of Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting in the preparation and serving of food, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food, adhering to portion control procedures and ensuring the quality of food served.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and utensils.
• Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food, ensuring that supplies are available and properly stored.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
