As a Junior Automotive Service Technician, you will acquire practical experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by learning to perform fundamental automotive services while providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

Role Responsibilities: What Skills Will You Develop?
  • Learn to perform basic automotive services such as tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.
  • Train alongside experienced automotive technicians to master additional services.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including clear communication regarding vehicle conditions.
  • Foster teamwork to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
  • Engage in various manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
