Job Description
As a Clinical Therapist at Life Insight, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include conducting counseling sessions, responding to client requests, and maintaining accurate records. You will also have the chance to participate in group supervision, consult groups, and staff meetings, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's Degree or Doctorate in social work, counseling, or psychology, as well as active Illinois licensure in the field or eligibility to sit for licensure. A minimum of 2 years of experience treating clients in a therapeutic setting is also required. Additionally, you will need to be able to see at least 25 client sessions per week and work 2 evenings and/or weekends when clients are available.
