Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Two years' experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a credit recovery or student support services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds).
  • May work prolonged or irregular hours.
