Job Description & Requirements

Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expedient care and compassionate treatment to patients
  • Positioning patients accurately and instructing them on breathing control
  • Operating X-Ray and CT equipment according to established health and safety regulations
  • Performing clerical procedures, including patient reception, charging, documentation, statistics, report posting, and exam sign out

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

At least one year of RT experience, preferredRegistered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or an equivalent registry as a Rad Tech and CT Tech; required within one year of hireCurrent and unrestricted Radiologic Technologist Certification through the Washington State Department of HealthBLS Certification
