- Alternative Qualifications: Alternatively, vocational training with further education as a master craftsman, technician, or technical business administrator.
- Experience: Ideally, practical experience in building cable assemblies.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of quality requirements for various conductor connection techniques.
- Soft Skills: Reliable, conscientious, and solution-oriented work style, independent and flexible work style, very good German and good English skills, and good MS Office skills.
