Dover Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - LPN Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dover Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current/valid LPN license in good standing from the state licensing board.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
