Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Materials Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials from the moment they arrive until they are either stored or dispatched. Your duties will include:
  • Receiving, stocking, and distributing materials and supplies.
  • Loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
  • Inspecting incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of received items and managing unsatisfactory goods.
  • Organizing and distributing materials within inventory and on production lines.
  • Preparing and documenting shipments.
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Calculating weights and shipping costs, preparing items for final dispatch.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Attendance:
Regular and punctual attendance is essential. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and additional hours may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant vocational training or apprenticeships.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a related role.

  • Strong communication and mathematical abilities.
