Lead Geriatric Medicine Physician Opportunity in Texas

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team in Rockport, TX. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to focus on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of integrated team-based care models.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care and effective communication with patients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a medical license in the state of practice.
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred).
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A guaranteed base salary of $250,000 per year, with potential for bi-annual bonus incentives.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, and 401(k) with employer match.
- A sign-on bonus of $100,000 for this position, based on experience.
