About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adams County CO. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities, including buildings, grounds, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on airport facilities, including buildings, grounds, and utilities.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Operate and maintain airport equipment, including vehicles and heavy machinery.
  • Perform janitorial duties and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license required.
  • CDL license preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
