Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team at INEOS, a leading chemical company with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant, working closely with peers in Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant mechanical and civil engineering standards to comply with statutory and INEOS regulations.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure assets and protective systems are maintained, including inspection regimens and evaluation of findings.
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs related to reliability and mechanical integrity.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years manufacturing experience, ideally in a chemical manufacturing plant.
- Experience in a related reliability role.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of global mechanical integrity standards and their application to improve SHE and reliability performance.
- Knowledge of internal and external inspection and monitoring methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of process safety management and rotating equipment.
Behavioral Skills:
- Safety leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to mobilize and inspire technical contributors.
- Good analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.
