Job Summary

The Le Grand Union High School District is seeking a dedicated and experienced JV Softball coach to lead our junior varsity team. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including team management, game planning, and player development.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance and player skills
* Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches and volunteers
* Coordinate with the athletic director and site principal to ensure compliance with district policies and regulations
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes the physical, mental, moral, and emotional well-being of players

Requirements:

* Valid California driver's license
* Proof of liability insurance (if using personal vehicle for work-related purposes)
* DMV driver record printout
