Multifamily Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at NewCastle Management Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing our luxury apartment communities, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and tour prospects, qualify their needs, and professionally present our community and apartments.
• Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete all leasing and application paperwork.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends, and contribute ideas to the Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct periodic inspections with residents upon move-in/move-out, and assist in planning resident functions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated customer service and/or sales experience.
• MS Office experience required.
• RealPage, Knock, and OneSite experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekend hours required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of leasing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, taking stairs on occasion.
• Able to lift at least 20 lbs.
