As a Wireless Sales Operations Leader, you will be our primary contact at the store level. You will oversee 1-4 Walmart Wireless Locations and motivate a team of dedicated Mobile Experts.

Your mission:
exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will achieve this by...

Assembling your own sales team

Demonstrating operational excellence, managing your locations effectively, and maximizing profitability

Coaching and fostering a collaborative team spirit with a passion for sales

Actively participating in sales alongside your team every day

Inspiring your team through your presence and work ethic

Staying informed on product knowledge to assist your team in delivering optimal solutions

Good thing you possess the necessary qualifications...

1-3 years of experience in retail management

A proven track record of driving sales and service while maintaining operational excellence

Expertise in recruitment, coaching, and local employment regulations

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Willingness to work evenings and weekends

A reliable vehicle and the capacity to travel frequently to oversee your stores during operational hours
