As a key member of our hospice care team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hospice sites, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and referrals in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedules and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required.
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license.

  • Sensitivity to the feelings of the terminally ill and their families.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and perform a variety of tasks with efficiency and composure.
  • Effective communication skills with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Ability to influence people's opinions and attitudes.
  • Display evidence of patient advocacy.
