Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Cleaning Specialist to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Westgate Resorts. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine environment during their stay.
Compensation:
Starting pay is set at $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $19.50 per hour based on performance evaluations. Additionally, we offer a Daily Pay benefit, allowing you to access your earnings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cleaning Specialist, your duties will include:
- Consistently achieving quality and timeliness benchmarks in the cleaning of all designated areas.
- Meeting a productivity target of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned according to the size and type of cleaning required.
- Ensuring guest rooms are free of critical defects by maintaining an inspection score of 90% or higher, in accordance with established guidelines.
- Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks, including stripping beds, removing trash, and sanitizing various spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets, and balconies.
- Utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, adhering to safety and efficiency protocols.
- Reporting any Lost & Found items promptly, following established procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members and assisting with additional tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Carrying out any other assigned responsibilities that contribute to the success and excellence of our housekeeping services.
