Job Overview

Plumb Works, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Plumbing Trainee to assist in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of plumbing systems for both commercial and residential properties under the guidance of skilled professionals. This entry-level role requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as necessary.

If you are a motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to learn the plumbing trade from experienced mentors, this apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.

This position provides a competitive starting wage of $17/hour, with potential earnings ranging from $34,000 to $40,000 annually. Importantly, you will also participate in state-approved training as part of our apprenticeship program.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING TRAINEE

As a Plumbing Trainee, you will support experienced plumbers in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. Through a combination of hands-on experience and classroom learning, you will enhance your knowledge and build confidence in your abilities. As you progress, you will take on more complex tasks and gain greater independence in your work. You will also learn effective communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience and assist clients in making informed decisions.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING TRAINEE

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
