Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Extrusion Line Operator to join our production team at GPAC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our extrusion lines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate extrusion lines, including setup, start-up, and shutdown procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including dies, heaters, and other machinery
  • Monitor and control production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in custom profile extrusion operating preferred
  • Strong understanding of extrusion processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions

The employee will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Language Skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information and ideas effectively.
