The Executive Support Professional will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and projects across different departments.

About the Role

This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Administrative Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as design software like Publisher and Adobe Suites.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills to work effectively with employees at various levels.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with human resources-related tasks, including:
    • Social media development and content management
    • Website development and maintenance
    • New hire onboarding processes
    • Performance evaluation preparation
    • Updating and maintaining company phone and employee listings
    • Ordering and inventory management (supplies and apparel)
    • Donation requests
  • Compliance-related tasks, including:
    • Ensuring adherence to applicable requirements and laws in areas like DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA
    • Fleet management, including licensing, registrations, and renewals
  • Safety-related tasks, including:
    • Participating in the Safety Committee and assisting with safety training, functions, and activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Operations, or Administrative Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Benefits

The Executive Support Professional will receive an attractive compensation package, including incentives, 401(k) matching, company-paid life insurance, vacation time, and paid holidays. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on education and experience.
